Black Sea Women in Nuclear Network is a non-profit, non-commercial, non-partisan association whose main purpose is to promote gender equity and increase women’s leadership roles in nuclear fields, as well as offer professional exchanges, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.

Bleak Sea Women in Nuclear Network is a voluntary association of individuals established to exercise and protect human and civil rights and freedoms, to satisfy public, in particular, economic, social, cultural, educational and other interests of its members.

The organization is free to choose its activities and operates on the basis of voluntariness, self-government, free choice of the territory of activity, equality before the law, absence of property interests of its members (participants), transparency, openness and publicity.
